• Good written and verbal communication skills; explains complex procurement practices clearly.
• Practical knowledge of contract procurement processes, supplier documentation, and compliance monitoring; real estate or facilities management experience valued.

• Issuing purchase orders within contract spend values and updating systems.
• Liaising with stakeholders for progress updates and issues.
