Job summary

Averon Analytics is hiring in Manila for a documentation-focused role within our Third-Party Governance team. You will verify supplier documents, registrations, licences, and insurance, and maintain the vendor register to be auditable.

The position is hybrid: two days weekly in Makati when hub opens, with remote work allowed within the Philippines. Requires 1–3 years in back-office or admin, a bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills plus clear written English.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in an administrative, back-office or verification role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related field.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets; no macros needed.
• Professional written English for client supplier communications.
• Patience, accuracy, and discipline to record work clearly.
• Stable internet connection of at least 20 Mbps; laptop provided.

Responsibilities

• Send and follow up on document requests to suppliers: registrations, licences, insurance, etc.
• Check submissions against public registers (SEC/DTI/BIR/PhilGEPS).
• Record supplier details in the vendor register with expiry dates and risk tier.
• Screen against sanctions/adverse-media lists and flag issues for review.
• Prepare weekly onboarding summary for reviewer with clear status.
