A logistics and workforce management company in Bulacan is seeking a candidate to ensure strategic goals are met through effective forecast modeling and capacity planning. Responsibilities include overseeing WFM tasks, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and leading projects to improve team efficiencies. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and preferably have experience in warehouse or logistics. Strong knowledge of MS and Google applications is also required.

Job Description

• Responsible for ensuring strategic goals are met through forecast modeling, capacity planning, collaboration and effective communication while ensuring forecast alignment with strategic goals
• Responsible for the overall oversight of WFM tasks and strategies to include Forecasting and capacity planning, Scheduling, and Real-time monitoring.
• Interface with leaders to understand the fast-changing business needs and make updates where necessary
• Lead projects and improvements to drive efficiencies in the team
• Coordinates with third‑party partners on the headcount requirements and monitors agency performance and compliance
