Job summary

XPENG is seeking a qualified professional to lead warehouse operations in the Philippines. You will manage inbound, storage, outbound, and space planning while ensuring accuracy of inventory and vehicle condition.

The role also oversees PDI processes, develops checklists, tracks progress, and coordinates issue resolution to uphold quality standards. The ideal candidate will monitor safety, implement SOPs, and drive training for warehouse and PDI teams on-site in Manila.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Logistics Management, Warehouse Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in vehicle warehousing or PDI management; automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Familiar with warehouse operations management processes and PDI standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day vehicle warehouse operations in the Philippines, including inbound, storage, outbound, and space planning.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and vehicle condition, organize regular stock counts to ensure data integrity.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve space utilization and operational efficiency.
• Oversee PDI execution for all vehicles prior to dealer delivery in the Philippines, ensuring standardized checks are completed.
• Develop and update PDI checklists and procedures to ensure consistent quality.
• Track PDI progress and coordinate resolution of vehicle issues identified during inspection.
• Ensure warehouse safety compliance (fire prevention, security, damage prevention, etc.) in line with company and Philippine local regulations.
• Monitor vehicle physical condition during storage, promptly identifying and addressing damage or abnormalities.
• Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse and PDI operations and drive implementation.
• Participate in training and daily management of warehouse and PDI teams.
