Job summary

Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation seeks a Vehicle Logistics Safety & Quality Engineer to join the Vehicle Logistics Department at the Batangas City center. You will lead improvements, conduct audits, and ensure quality from production to delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with at least 1 year of relevant experience and strong SAP/Power BI skills. Willingness to be based in Batangas City is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

Lead process improvement using Toyota Vehicle Delivery Standards, Lean, digitalization and Kaizen.
Coordinate cross-functional teams with internal teams and logistics providers to ensure timely project implementation.
Develop and monitor quality controls to prevent vehicle damage from production to delivery.
Conduct route audits, root cause analyses, hazard and risk assessments, and training programs.
Monitor project performance and submit regular progress reports to management and regional office.
Develop feasibility studies and present recommendations and benefits to management.
