Job summary

Virginia Food, Inc (VFI) invites applications for a Van Selling Supervisor based in Cebu City to lead the van sales team and drive market execution across the Cebu operations.

You will coach Area Developmental Plans DSPs and direct Van Salesmen to achieve sales objectives, present programs, and ensure activation with the Sales Operations Manager’s approval. Willingness to do fieldwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a college graduate of any business or related courses.
• Preferably with at least 1 year of van selling experience in general trade accounts.
• Willing to do fieldwork to cover Cebu sales operations.
• Professional Driver’s License with RC 12 or 123; knows how to drive 4-6 wheeled vehicle.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coaches Area Developmental Plans Distributor Sales Personnel (DSP) and direct Van Salesman to achieves sales objectives, ensures market program execution and activation and creates and presents proposals/desired programs per Sales channel to the Sales Operations Manager for approval

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must be a College Graduate of any business or any related courses.




• Preferably with at least 1 year of van selling experience specializing in general trade accounts and other of distribution.




• Willing to do fieldwork to cover the entire Cebu sales operations.




• Candidate should have a Professional Driver’s License with RC 12 or preferably 123; knows how to drive 4-6 wheeled vehicle.
