Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy; MBA or MS may be an advantage.
• Registered Pharmacist in the Philippines.
• Minimum of 6 years solid working experience in regulatory sciences.
• Fluent in English – written and spoken communication skills.
• Demonstrable experience across drug lifecycle: development, commercialization.
• Proven ability to manage regulatory issues in a complex environment.
• Regional regulatory experience including CTA and NDA knowledge.
• General management and potential prior line-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver optimal regulatory strategies for assigned product/market.
• Represent Regulatory on cross-functional product teams and inform stakeholders.
• Coordinate pre-submission meetings with NRAs and devise submission strategy.
• Input to filing strategy, assess regulatory impact and communicate delays/risks.
• Respond to NRA queries in partnership with hubs and strategists.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Regulatory Authorities and trade associations.
• Populate and maintain regulatory databases per SOPs.
• Support MA divestments, cancellations, discontinuations and supply continuity.
