Qualifications

• At least High School graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• Minimum 12 months experience in Sales (BPO or Non-BPO).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to read/write/speak the English language.
• Must be flexible to work nights, weekends and select holidays outside of your scheduled shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls transferred from the client
• Solicit prospects over the phone to tour with sales consultants
• Sell vacation packages over the phone to qualifying guests
• Determine eligibility of guests per qualification standards
• Assist guests with questions about vacation properties, packages, and procedures
• Assist guests with making the reservation
