Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join the Product & Design Team to craft intuitive, engaging experiences across digital channels. In an agile setting, you will translate product requirements into end-to-end screens, flows, prototypes, and design specifications, ensuring usability and consistency across desktop, mobile, kiosk, and chatbots.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Developers to drive research, ideation, and validation, while maintaining

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in design thinking or related fields.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
Strong understanding of mobile-first, adaptive, and responsive design.
Knowledge of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility principles and methods.

Responsibilities

Interpret product requirements to design intuitive experiences across digital channels.
Deliver design specifications, interaction models, and prototypes for development teams.
Ensure consistency across interfaces and screens (wireframes, flows, mockups) across platforms.
Develop and maintain product style guides and design documentation.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Developers to explore concepts through research and validation.
Design end-to-end screens and flows for core health journeys.
Revise designs based on feedback and testing results.
Review implemented screens during development and QA.
Update design documentation and style guides.
