Job summary

IT Managers, Inc. is seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and front-end development concepts.

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and responsive designs, using tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Location is BGC, Taguig with a Hybrid setup (8x onsite per month) and a Project-Based employment type,

Qualifications

Experience as UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and responsive designs.
Strong understanding of user-centered design and usability principles.
Familiarity with front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript concepts.
Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and technical teams.
Strong visual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
A portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX projects is highly preferred.
