Job summary

Vertere Global Solutions, Inc. is seeking a UX Designer to improve complex enterprise workflows and design cross-product experiences. You will partner with Product Management and Engineering to deliver intuitive solutions for customers and internal users in regulated industries.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of UX design experience, a strong portfolio, and fluency with Figma. You will move between research, design, and product discovery while contributing to the design system and

Qualifications

3–6 years of professional UX design experience.
Experience designing enterprise or B2B software products.
Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design thinking.
Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools.
Experience using and contributing to a design system.
Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Experience with compliance/regulatory, SaaS, or information-heavy products (preferred).
Experience conducting user research and usability testing (preferred).

Responsibilities

Design user experiences for web-based enterprise applications.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and stakeholders.
Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Identify and improve cross-product workflows.
Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and design validation.
Translate customer needs into practical design solutions.
Contribute to product strategy through discovery activities.
Leverage the design system and present recommendations to stakeholders.
Participate in design critiques and workshops.
