Job summary

Imagenet is seeking a Team Leader for Utilization Management Healthcare Operations to supervise the day‑to‑day UM administrative team in Valero, Makati City. This non-clinical leadership role requires guiding coordinators, monitoring workload, and ensuring compliance with client policies and HIPAA.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in US healthcare operations and at least 1 year in leadership, with strong coaching, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, utilization management, claims, provider services, or managed care.
• At least 1 year of team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily activities of UM Coordinators and support staff.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and schedule adherence.
• Provide coaching and regular feedback to team members.
• Manage workflows to ensure timely authorization and referrals.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, client requirements and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with QA, Training, Workforce Management and leadership.
• Prepare operational reports and track KPIs.
• Identify risks and implement process improvements.
