Job summary

Gnobilis323 Staff Inc. is seeking a Housekeeping / Utility Worker to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas, assist with facility upkeep, and provide general support to ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment.

This full-time position requires physical fitness and flexibility for weekend/holiday shifts, with on-site work in Calamba, Laguna. Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing spaces, replenishing supplies, and assisting with minor repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or utility work is advantageous.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize rooms, offices, restrooms, common areas, and other spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors, furniture and fixtures.
• Collect and dispose of trash, recyclables and waste properly.
• Replenish supplies such as tissue, soap, sanitizers and cleaning materials.
• Assist in minor repairs and maintenance tasks when needed.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely (vacuum, polisher, pressure washer).
• Maintain cleaning tools and report damage or replacement needs.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols at all times.
• Support events or operations by setting up furniture and handling equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize rooms, offices, restrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors, furniture, and fixtures.

• Collect and dispose of trash, recyclables, and waste in proper containers.

• Replenish supplies such as tissue, soap, sanitizers, and cleaning materials.

• Assist in minor repairs and maintenance tasks when needed.

• Operate cleaning equipment (vacuum, polisher, pressure washer, etc.) safely.

• Maintain cleaning tools and report any damage or need for replacement.

• Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols at all times.

• Support company events or operations by setting up/arranging furniture, moving equipment, and providing general utility assistance.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
