Job summary

CDO Foodsphere, Inc. is seeking an Utilities Supervisor to oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of facility utility systems, including HVAC, compressed air, water treatment, boilers, wastewater, vacuum systems, and LPG supplies, ensuring reliability, efficiency, safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in facilities and maintenance management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proactive, motivated, and accountable.
• Effective communication with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in engineering software and MS Office applications.
• Professional license/certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Utilities Technicians in operation, repair, and preventive maintenance of utilities equipment.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching and guidance.
• Lead audit preparation and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Prepare purchase requests and recommend materials, equipment, and services.
• Implement programs related to Quality & Food Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental compliance.
• Ensure availability of required materials and resources for utilities operations.
• Report quality, food safety, safety, and emergency concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

I. Job Summary

II. Key Responsibilities

• Lead audit preparation and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

• Prepare purchase requests and recommend materials, equipment, and services.

III. Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering course.
