ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced USRN NY with strong acute hospital clinical experience to join a US Healthcare BPO account.

This is a BPO-based nursing role, not a bedside hospital position. The successful candidate will use their clinical knowledge and nursing experience to support healthcare-related processes and services for a US-based client.

Candidates should be comfortable transitioning from a hospital/clinical environment into the Healthcare BPO industryand working in a corporate BPO setting.

STRICT REQUIREMENTS

• Active USRN license in New York (NY)

• Active PHRN license

• 2+ years of acute hospital experience — MUST HAVE

• Recent hospital bedside experience

• Experience in Medical-Surgical, Emergency Room, ICU, OR, or other acute-care settings

• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

• Willing to work in the Healthcare BPO industry

• Willing to work 100% onsite

• Willing to work night shift
