EXL Service is seeking a USRN Medical Coder to join our Healthcare team in a hybrid, day-shift role (9AM–6PM). The position is based in Manila MOA, Cebu, or Iloilo with a start date on or before October 12, 2026.

Ideal candidates have active USRN and PHRN licenses, CPC or CCS certification, 2+ years bedside clinical experience, and 1–2 years of medical coding experience. This opportunity offers a basic salary of PHP 79,000 and a hybrid work arrangement with a day shift.
