Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Healthcare/clinical background welcome.
• 2+ years of coding experience or similar role.
• USRN & PHRN credentials with CPC/CCS certification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain reliable, scalable medical coding workflows.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver outcomes.
• Ensure well-documented, clean coding practices.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and improve quality of coding outputs.
• Track progress and communicate updates clearly while contributing to process improvements.
