EPSILON GROUP SERVICES INC. in the Philippines is hiring a USRN CDI Specialist for onsite work in Cubao, Quezon City or BGC, Taguig, leveraging 3+ years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience.

Expect midshift or graveyard schedules with a salary of PHP 90,000–105,000 plus 10% night differential; training and CDI transition support will be provided to bedside nurses entering clinical documentation improvement.

Formación

• Active USRN license is required.
• Minimum 3 years Medical-Surgical experience – NON-NEGOTIABLE.
• 5–10 years hospital experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year acute patient care experience in ICU and/or Emergency Department.

Requirements

• Active USRN License

• Minimum 3 years Medical-Surgical experience – NON-NEGOTIABLE

• 5–10 years hospital experience preferred

• Minimum 1 years acute patient care experience in ICU and/or Emergency Department

• Strong acute hospital bedside experience

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills

• Excellent English communication skills

• Willing to work in a Healthcare BPO environment

• Willing to work onsite in Cubao or BGC

• Willing to work midshift or graveyard schedules
