Job summary

Shopee Singapore Private Limited is seeking a data-driven analyst to support the Marketing function in PH. You will work with CRM and BI teams to pull and analyze data, build dashboards, and deliver insights to optimize campaigns and user growth.

The role involves creating reliable data sources, coordinating with regional teams, and documenting changes to reporting tools and processes. A background in quantitative fields and 1+ year experience is preferred; based in Pasig with on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with quantitative focus.
• 1+ year of data analysis/strategy experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency; basic SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead data pulls for CRM/NUI/OM marketing analyses and reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing and BI teams regionally and locally.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to drive insights.
• Create intermediate tables as sources of truth for sub-teams.
• Document data/report changes for future-proofing.
