CLIENT BACKGROUND
The client is a growing US-based outsourced accounting and CFO advisory firm that was established to provide businesses with a more personalized and flexible alternative to traditional accounting firms. The company works closely with small to mid-sized businesses, providing outsourced accounting, financial management, and CFO advisory support tailored to each client’s needs.
The firm serves businesses across a variety of industries, including real estate, construction, and energy, and supports clients as they grow and navigate increasingly complex financial and accounting needs. Its services are focused on accounting and financial advisory rather than tax preparation, allowing the team to concentrate on providing hands-on financial support and strategic guidance.
The company has built its culture around community, flexibility, collaboration, accountability, and meaningful work. The founders wanted to create an environment different from the rigid and high-burnout culture often associated with traditional accounting firms. Team members are trusted to take ownership of their work, communicate openly, support one another, and maintain high standards while still having flexibility and balance in their personal lives.
