Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting in Ortigas, Pasig, is hiring an Insurance – Policy Service Analyst to support US insurance operations across P&C lines. You will review submissions, manage policy documentation, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure timely, accurate processing.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 1+ year of US insurance experience, strong data accuracy, and good MS Excel skills. Hybrid work setup with 3-4 onsite days per week, immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in US insurance operations (submissions, policy administration, or underwriting support).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Good communication and MS Excel skills.
• Knowledge of CGL, MPL, A&E, and Excess Lines preferred.
• Can start immediately, if possible.
