Job summary

KDCI is looking for an Outbound Team Lead in the Philippines to manage a high-performing outbound sales team focused on the US market. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring team members, ensuring outreach quality, and driving performance to achieve team KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of B2B outbound sales experience, strong leadership skills, and expertise with sales engagement tools. This role requires a willingness to work a schedule from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM PH Time.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales or business development.
• 1 year of experience in managing or mentoring sales teams.
• Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of SDRs and Lead Harvesters.
• Monitor and improve outreach effectiveness.
• Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations.
