Job summary

Business Trends Philippines is seeking a customer-focused retail associate in Calamba, Laguna. You will guide customers in selecting apparel and lifestyle items, provide friendly service, maintain a neat, inviting store, and help keep displays tidy and inviting for shoppers throughout your shift.

You will work with shifting schedules, weekends and holidays, and aim to hit individual and store sales targets.

Qualifications

• High School graduate required; college level is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in apparel, fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands.
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven and capable of achieving store sales targets.
