Job summary

MR DIY Philippines seeks a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for Olivarez Plaza Calamba (OVPC). You will lead store operations, supervise staff, and drive sales while ensuring a safe, organized retail environment. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and fluency in Filipino and English.

As part of the RTM team, you will manage merchandising, customer service, and everyday store activities. You will report to the Branch Manager and contribute to achieving monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Languages: Filipino and English.
• 5 years of retail experience.
• Supervisor/5+ years experience in Sales - Retail or equivalent.
• Willing to work at Olivarez Plaza Calamba.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achieve targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are efficiently managed.
• Keep store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance for effective store operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for staff and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Report sales, staffing and assignments to HQ & supervisors.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisors.
• Adhere to SOPs and guidelines.
• Handle any other duties assigned by management.
