Job summary

Sphere Rocket VA US is seeking a CRM & Automation Specialist who can turn complex workflows into streamlined systems using CRM platforms, automation, and AI. This is a remote role with a work-from-home setup.

You will manage and optimize CRM systems, build cross-platform automations with tools like Jotform, Calendly, DocuSign, and AI-powered processes, and develop scalable workflows for onboarding and operations.

Qualifications

• Proven CRM and automation experience in a corporate setup or as a VA.
• Strong experience with CRM management, preferably BoldTrail or GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and AI tools; hands-on AI experience.
• Experience with DocuSign, MLS, Zoom, or similar platforms; Business, Marketing, or Real Estate experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and connect systems across CRMs, landing pages, Jotform, Calendly, dialers, DocuSign, Google Drive, QR codes, and review platforms.

• Improve and maintain scalable systems that help new clients and employees seamlessly integrate into existing workflows.
