Job summary

BPI DIRECT BANKO,INC. A SAVINGS BANK is seeking a Universal Processor or Teller to assist walk-in customers with account openings and deposits, and to promote in-branch services. You will handle ATM card applications, TD bookings, filing, and related tasks while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Fresh graduates are welcome, but banking experience and cashier skills are a plus. This role requires customer service focus and accuracy in financial transactions, based in our Las Piñas, Metro Manila

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year degree course in finance-related disciplines (Finance / accounting / Audit / Business Admin, etc.).
• Previous banking experience is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome.
• With cashier experience or cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts for walk-in customers and accept initial deposits.
• Handle TD bookings and maturities; maintain files.
• Process ATM card applications and enroll ATM services.
• Assist in ATM discrepancy verification and corrections.
• Encode SEME applications and support Credit Analysts as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

The Universal Processor or Teller is a service account opening requirement of walk-in customers while ensuring compliance with internal regulatory policies and guidelines. Conduct in-BRANCH selling and assist in generating and enhancing relationships with the identified target market.

1. 1. Account opening including acceptance of initial cash and check deposits of new clients.
2. 2. TD booking and maturities.
3. 3. File Maintenance.
4. 4. Process ATM card application forms for account opening, replacement, maintenance and correction inputs.
5. 5. Process and enroll all ATM alternative delivery channel product services.
6. 6. Accounts for verifies and corrects ATM discrepancy.
7. 7. Encoding of SEME Applications solicited by Sales Associates and Credit 8. Analysts and edit details based on Credit Analyst Investigation.
8. 9. Performs other tasks assigned by his Supervising Officer from time to time that are deemed necessary.

Minimum Skills/Qualifications:

• Graduate of a 4-year degree course, preferably in finance-related disciplines (Finance / accounting/ Audit / Business Ad, etc.)
• Previous banking experience is needed but also open to fresh graduates.
• With cashier experience or cash handling.
