Job summary

BPI DIRECT BANKO, INC. A SAVINGS BANK is seeking a Universal Processor/Teller to interact with walk-in customers, open accounts, and support service channel activities in-branch. The role emphasizes compliance with internal policies while building client relationships.

Responsibilities include handling deposits, processing ATM card applications, and ensuring accurate data encoding and file maintenance. Fresh graduates with cashier experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a 4-year degree, preferably in finance-related disciplines (Finance / accounting / Audit / Business Ad, etc.).
• Previous banking experience is preferred but fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Experience in cashiering or cash handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts, including accepting initial cash and check deposits.
• Record time deposits (TD) and maturities; maintain files.
• Process ATM card applications for account opening, replacement, and maintenance.
• Enroll ATM alternative delivery channel product services.
• Verify and correct ATM discrepancies.
• Encode SEME Applications solicited by Sales Associates and Credit Analysts and edit details per Credit Analyst checks.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervising Officer.

The Universal Processor or Teller is a service account opening requirement of walk-in customers while ensuring compliance with internal regulatory policies and guidelines. Conduct in-BRANCH selling and assist in generating and enhancing relationships with the identified target market.

1. Account opening including acceptance of initial cash and check deposits of new clients.
2. TD booking and maturities.
3. File Maintenance.
4. Process ATM card application forms for account opening, replacement, maintenance and correction inputs.
5. Process and enroll all ATM alternative delivery channel product services.
6. Accounts for verifies and corrects ATM discrepancy.
7. Encoding of SEME Applications solicited by Sales Associates and Credit 8. Analysts and edit details based on Credit Analyst Investigation.
8. Performs other tasks assigned by his Supervising Officer from time to time that are deemed necessary.

Minimum Skills/Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year degree course, preferably in finance-related disciplines (Finance / accounting/ Audit / Business Ad, etc.)
• Previous banking experience is needed but also open to fresh graduates.
• With cashier experience or cash handling.
