Role Description

As part of our strategic expansion, we are looking for seasoned life insurance leaders to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Head role based in Cebu. The Unit Head will be responsible for leading and managing a team of financial advisors, establishing and achieving sales targets, providing training and support to team members and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Additionally, the Unit Head will be involved in strategic planning, performance evaluation, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales leadership, team management or unit management within the life insurance, bancassurance or a related industry.
• Strong skills in coaching, performance management, and people development, with the ability to motivate and mentor diverse teams.
• Demonstrated capabilities in sales planning, pipeline management, and execution of business development or marketing initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of financial products, insurance solutions, and regulatory or compliance requirements in the Philippine market (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills, including the ability to interpret performance data and implement action plans.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus, with a commitment to inclusive, non‑discriminatory, and ethical practices.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Cebu and to adapt to a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
