Wipro Limited is hiring a UK Banking Specialist/Production Agent in Manila to support UK Financial Customer Service accounts. The role requires prior US/UK banking exposure and comfort with telephony, working onsite in shifting UK time zones.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of US/UK banking and telephony;
• Must have experience from the following financial accounts: banking, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or other similar roles.
• Understanding of the customer service domain and comfortable in dealing with international customers
• Amenable to work onsite on a shifting schedules (UK Time zone)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support process by managing transactions as per required quality standards
• Deliver excellent customer service through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries
• Build capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/client

Salary Package: Up to 20%-30% hike from your last drawn salary + 2400 allowance and 40k Signing Bonus
