Job summary

The RPA Developer - UiPath at NCS Group designs, develops, and deploys automation solutions using UiPath to streamline business processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, implement solutions, and continuously optimize performance.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in RPA development, with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator expertise. Certifications like UiRPA or UiARD are preferred, and you will work in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Education – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications preferred – UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA) or UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD).
• Related work experience – 3 to 5 years in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development; full lifecycle knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze, define, and document processes for automation.
• Design, develop, and test scalable automations using UiPath Studio to meet requirements.
• Manage deployment to production via UiPath Orchestrator and monitor performance.
• Gather requirements with analysts and IT to ensure seamless system integration.
• Create and maintain Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes for efficiency and reliability.
• Adhere to RPA development best practices, including version control and exception handling.
