Job summary

Google Operations Center (GOC) in the Philippines seeks a seasoned UI/UX & Platform lead to manage platform design maintenance and enforce design system alignment across enterprise tools. You’ll insulate core sprints from disruptions while upholding a high-quality UI standard across applications.

The role requires 10+ years in UI/UX/design systems, global stakeholder engagement, and expertise in centralized design systems with rapid UI updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• 10+ years in UI/UX or design systems.
• Experience managing enterprise design systems.
• Global stakeholder engagement experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage platform design maintenance and fast-turnaround UI enhancements.
• Maintain and enforce design system standards across tools and AI platforms.
• Insulate sprints from BAU disruptions and address design updates quickly.
• Establish feedback with regional ops to translate user needs into components.
• Standardize workflows with reusable UI assets and design specs.
