Job summary

Google Operations Center in Manila seeks a seasoned UI/UX & Platform Lead to oversee platform design maintenance, enforce design system alignment, and accelerate fast-turnaround UI enhancements across enterprise tools.

You will insulate core development sprints from BAU disruptions while maintaining a high-quality UI standard and collaborating with regional stakeholders to translate user needs into refined components. This role offers onsite work and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in design-related field.
10+ years in UI/UX design, platform maintenance, or design system management.
Experience managing centralized enterprise design systems and component libraries.
Experience handling rapid UI updates and cross-functional collaboration.
Global stakeholder engagement for cross-regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Manage ongoing platform design maintenance and execute fast-turnaround UI enhancements to support BAU needs.
Maintain, scale, and enforce design system standards across all GOC enterprise tools and AI platforms to ensure UI consistency.
Insulate core engineering and product development sprints by rapidly addressing operational design updates and minor workflow tweaks.
Establish feedback mechanisms with regional operations to identify daily UI/UX friction and translate user needs into refined components.
Standardize platform support workflows by creating reusable UI assets, design documentation, and design component specs.
