Job summary

Power Digital is seeking a Creator Specialist to head the execution of user-generated content campaigns. You will manage creator outreach, onboarding, and ongoing collaboration with clients, strategists, and creators to deliver compelling content on schedule.

You will drive recruitment of creators, refine processes, and explore new content formats to enhance UGC programs and scale operations globally.

Qualifications

• Experience managing creator or influencer campaigns end-to-end.
• Ability to build, edit, and manage creative briefs.
• Familiarity with UGC and its role in marketing.
• Able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead communication with creators throughout UGC campaigns, keeping them informed and on track from onboarding to delivery.
• Own the campaign workflow by building and maintaining creative briefs with strategists and clients.
• Oversee all deliverables for UGC services, ensuring deadlines are met and content aligns with client expectations.
• Recruit and manage our internal creator database, sourcing, onboarding and maintaining relationships with talent.
• Match creators to campaigns by aligning talent with brand needs and goals.
• Provide guidance to internal creators to ensure high-quality content and outputs.
