Job summary

InboxZeroVA is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist & On-Camera UGC Creator to own paid social creatives from research through scripting, filming, editing, and testing for performance. You will personally appear in ads and develop hooks, angles, and formats across Meta, Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.

You will collaborate with the marketing team to analyze performance, identify winning patterns, and scale successful concepts while maintaining a steady pipeline of new ideas and variations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience creating direct-response paid social advertising, preferably for B2B, service-based, staffing, healthcare, SaaS, or lead-generation businesses.
• Strong on-camera presence and ability to deliver UGC-style or talking-head ads.
• Portfolio showing multiple direct-response video ads with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Own development of paid social creatives from research to scripting, filming, editing, and performance-driven iteration.
• Produce approximately 5–10 new ad concepts weekly with multiple variations.
• Edit or assemble short-form creatives for Meta, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Analyze performance and iterate campaigns based on metrics like CPL, CAC, CTR, and ROAS.
