CO Careers is seeking a Tax Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and tax-related tasks, including transaction categorization, reconciliations, financial reporting, and payroll processing. The role includes preparing U.S. business and individual tax returns and coordinating client submissions from Clark Pampanga.

Onsite position with night shift hours (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PHT) and focus on U.S. compliance, using QuickBooks Desktop, ADP, and other tax tools.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience in U.S. accounting and tax preparation.
• Experience preparing U.S. business tax returns (Forms 1065, 1120-S, 1120).
• Experience with bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Payroll processing experience using payroll platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounting projects and categorize transactions; perform daily reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain daily financial management reports for management review.
• Process weekly/biweekly payroll and payroll liabilities using the listed platforms.
• Prepare U.S. business tax returns (Forms 1065, 1120-S, 1120) and assist with U.S. individual returns.
• Coordinate tax submissions with clients and track tasks to deadlines.
• Track accounting and tax-related projects using project management tools.
