Job summary

RLC Residences is seeking a Turnover Quality Specialist to represent the company during the physical turnover of units to buyers. The role ensures units are turnover-ready within the approved timeline and supports pre-turnover activities such as unit and common area inspections for new projects.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Civil Engineer or Architect, with strong communication and organizational skills, quality checking and inspection experience, and willingness to be assigned in Paranaque

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer or Architect.
• Fresh board passers are highly encouraged to apply.

• Willing to be assigned in Paranaque, other south horizontal and vertical properties.

Responsibilities

• Represent RLC Residences during the physical turnover of unit to the buyer.
• Ensure unit is ready for turnover within the prescribed timeline from date of approval for move in.
• Assist in the preparation of new projects prior to start of turnover, including inspection of units and common areas.

Job description

The Turnover Quality Specialist serves as the representative of RLC Residences during the physical turnover of unit to the buyer. S/he is responsible in ensuring that the unit is ready for turnover within the prescribed timeline from date of approval for move in. S/he also assists in the preparation of new projects prior to start of turnover such as, but not limited to the inspection of units and common areas.
