Job summary

Keywords Studios is seeking a Trust & Safety Team Lead to supervise Moderators, coordinate client communications, and drive service quality. You will mentor staff, manage workflows, and contribute to safety standards across projects.

The role emphasizes leadership, proactive problem solving, and collaboration with IT and client teams in a fast-paced, onsite environment in the Asia Pacific region, Pasig, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Strong observational, analytical and detail-oriented skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience.
• Proactive in completing tasks and escalating issues.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of G Suite and Windows applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Trust & Safety Moderators daily work and ensure quality.
• Coach, train and mentor team leads and staff.
• Manage client communications and provide reports and logs.
• Coordinate schedules and task assignments per client requirements.
• Identify workflow improvements and optimize resources.
• Maintain adherence to Keywords Studios quality and safety standards.
