Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Customer Service Analyst to support the Trust & Safety team in reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content, escalating issues, and ensuring policy alignment.

The role involves coordinating project setup, data management, and cross-functional collaboration with client teams, all while adhering to evolving guidelines and responsible AI practices in a dynamic office environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience (PMO, legal admin, finance admin, etc.).
• Open to college undergraduates with relevant experience.
• Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills.
• Excellent comprehension, communication, and English skills.
• Ability to perform duties objectively, in the best interest of client policies.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project setup, vendor onboarding, amendments, and data management with multiple client and execution teams.
• Research and resolve onboarding, data, and policy-related inquiries while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Provide project status updates for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and support ongoing operational initiatives.
• Manage executive calendars, meetings, global events, travel arrangements, and expense reports while aligning schedules with business priorities.
• Review, classify and/or remove, work with, view, or proactively engage with content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels.
• Stay up to date with changing client policies and guidelines; monitor industry trends and generative AI developments in content moderation and governance.
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.
• Develop and execute prompt strategies to interrogate large language models on responsible AI topics, including medical/legal content.
