Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Program and Project Management Senior Analyst to support Hybrid work arrangements within its Trust & Safety practice. The role involves managing programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring delivery quality while handling content moderation workflows and AI-related initiatives.

The position emphasizes collaboration with designers, engineers, and product managers to build scalable solutions and improve platform safety.

Qualifications

At least 3 years total experience.
Proficiency: JavaScript – Advanced.
React.js – Intermediate.
CSS – Advanced (preferred).
Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain user-facing features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Support content moderation and safety workflows per client guidelines and responsible AI considerations.
