Job summary

Metrobank Philippines is seeking a professional to oversee Compliance and Audit, Product Manual Management, and Administration for Trust products. The role ensures adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements, while coordinating product-related processes and documentation.

You will maintain product manuals, assist with policy approvals, and ensure essential documents and system setups are in place, collaborating with stakeholders across the bank.

Job Summary:

Responsible for the Department’s activities related to: Compliance and Audit, Product Manual Management, Administration, and other duties. Should be knowledgeable of and regularly update with product-related concerns and issues.

Role Exposure:

Compliance and Audit

• Handles regulatory approvals of and review queries on new Trust products and amendments/ changes of existing ones
• Ensures strict compliance of all Trust products to internal policy and procedures and external regulations
• Keeps TBG updated on regulatory developments particularly affecting Trust products
• Coordinates audit of products and related processes

Product Manual Management

• Develops, reviews, maintains, and updates TBG’s product manuals, seeks appropriate inputs and approvals, and communicates any changes across all concerned stakeholders across TBG and the Bank
• Handles Committee approvals of new and existing policies and procedures under the Product Manual

Administration

• Ensures availability of Declaration of Trust, Product Matrix and Key Investor Information Document (KIIDS) and other documents, notifications, and/or forms for Trust products to relevant stakeholders
• Sets up Trust products in Trust Systems and Channels
