Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7–10 years of treasury or financial management experience.
• CPA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent preferred.
• Proven cash flow management and liquidity forecasting skills.
• Strong banking relationships and debt management knowledge.
• Experience with treasury management software and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop treasury policies, procedures and strategies to maximise efficiency.
• Forecast cash flow, liquidity planning and working capital optimisation.
• Oversee investment management and portfolio performance for optimal returns.
• Manage banking relationships and negotiate favourable terms with institutions.
• Administer debt facilities, loan covenants and credit facilities.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and compliance frameworks.
• Lead and develop the treasury team and mentor staff.
• Prepare treasury reports and present analyses to senior management and the board.
• Manage foreign exchange exposure and hedging strategies where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
