Job summary

Asian Development Bank seeks an Associate Treasury Officer to provide analytical, programming, and business intelligence support for treasury applications at its Manila headquarters. The role concentrates on IT system development, data interfaces, and model development for debt management and portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, mathematics, banking, finance or related field.
• At least 5 years IT work experience in international banking operations, practices, and systems implementation; exposure to investment or borrowing operations.
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and data access tools (ODBC, ADO).
• Proficiency in C++, C#, Python; treasury core applications knowledge.
• Sound knowledge of treasury operations, financial markets, derivative pricing, data management, and BI reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain treasury applications to support operations and initiatives, including system integrations.
• Provide end-to-end lifecycle support for treasury systems: requirements, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and production support.
• Collaborate with team members to identify automation opportunities and improve workflows.
• Contribute to ADB-wide IT projects such as security and business continuity.
• Develop financial models and dashboards for asset/liability management and portfolio performance.
• Support data interfaces with market data providers and participate in functional specification work for systems development.
