Job summary

PLDT Holdings, Inc. is seeking a senior treasury leader to guide strategic financial initiatives in Makati. You will oversee valuation, modeling, investment analysis, and the management of derivatives and capital market products, coordinating with senior executives, banks, and regulators.

Requirements include 7–10 years in treasury or related fields, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and strong project management to brief executives and the board.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in treasury, corporate finance, or related fields with cross-functional leadership.
• Experience leading complex financial initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Strong expertise in valuation, modeling, and investment analysis.
• Deep knowledge of derivatives, treasury investments, and capital market products.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; data analytics and visualization preferred.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management; able to brief executives.

Responsibilities

• Leading assessments of treasury products and structuring hedges for value and risk.
• Supporting corporate mergers, acquisitions, investments, and development initiatives.
• Managing finance and treasury projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Preparing consolidated reports on cash flows, investments, financing, and hedging.
• Developing, reviewing, and implementing treasury policies and processes.
• Monitoring regulatory, banking, and internal compliance for treasury activities.
