Responsibilities

• Prepare and process fund transfers, payments, and check releases.
• Monitor disbursements and verify approvals before release.
• Coordinate with banks regarding discrepancies, returned checks, and bank charges.
• Maintain organized deposit slips, statements, fund requests, and acknowledgements.
• Support daily cash-position reports, reconciliations, and collection summaries.
• Encode transactions accurately and on time.
• Manage check-release logs, acknowledgement receipts, and petty-cash replenishment documentation.
