Job summary

Asia Select, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional for cash management and treasury support in Metro Manila. The role involves reviewing daily collection reports, ensuring timely deposits, recording transactions, and validating liquidations and reimbursements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
Relevant experience in accounting, finance, treasury or cash management.
Knowledge of cash collections, deposits, PDCs, liquidations and reimbursements.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
Detail-oriented, organized and accurate with financial transactions.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Review daily collection reports from RT stores and credit & collection; ensure timely recording and deposits.
Ensure matured PDCs are deposited to the company account timely.
Record deposit transactions in the system.
Accept and record cash from excess cash advances and non-trade collections.
Review ROFA assignees’ liquidations and submit summary for replenishment.
Validate reasonableness of cash advances and ensure timely liquidation.
Review reimbursements and check validity of requests.
Review corporate credit cardholders’ liquidation reports and validate expenses.
