Job summary

Kroll is seeking a Treasury Manager II in Manila to oversee liquidity, cash flow, banking relationships, and risk exposures. The role partners with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and external institutions to drive compliant treasury operations and strategic capital initiatives.

The position emphasizes control, FX and debt management, and cross-functional collaboration to safeguard value and enable informed decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Becomes preferable with professional certifications (CPA/CTP/CFA).
• Experience with treasury, finance, or related roles is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily, weekly and long-term cash forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Optimize cash positioning across domestic and international accounts.
• Oversee cash concentration, pooling, and intercompany funding structures.
• Manage global banking relationships and negotiate fees/services.
• Oversee bank account structure, signatory controls, and KYC documentation.
• Support debt compliance, covenant monitoring, and lender reporting.
• Assist with financing transactions and maintain debt schedules.
• Identify and manage FX, interest rate, and counterparty risks.
• Oversee treasury systems (TMS) and payment platforms.
• Ensure SOX compliance and strong internal controls.
• Partner cross-functionally on strategic initiatives.
