Job summary

Sysgen RPO in Cebu is seeking a Finance Treasury Manager for direct hire to oversee treasury operations and cash management within the finance division. The role will focus on liquidity planning, banking relationships, and accurate treasury accounting, with onsite work and a Monday–Friday schedule in Cebu City.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in treasury, strong analytical abilities, and proven leadership to guide a small team and coordinate with accounting during month-end closes.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of treasury management experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of banking relationships and covenants.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu City, with travel to Manila for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash positioning, bank account structures, and treasury controls.
• Oversee daily/long-term cash flow to maintain liquidity for operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Monitor and mitigate financial risks including FX and liquidity risks.
• Oversee recording of treasury transactions and reconcile with GL.
• Develop financial strategies to support growth and resilience.
• Maintain internal controls over treasury operations and reporting.
