Job summary

TigerUX is seeking a Finance Manager based in Cebu City to lead treasury, finance, and reporting functions. The role requires strong cash flow and liquidity expertise, strategic financial planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Accounting and Treasury teams.

The ideal candidate will manage banking relationships, ensure robust internal controls, and drive continuous improvement in finance processes while coordinating with Manila operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Finance, Treasury, Accounting, or financial management.
• Strong background in cash flow, liquidity management, budgeting, financial analysis, controls, and reporting.
• Knowledge of treasury operations, banking relationships, covenants, and compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting software.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be based in Cebu City and travel to Manila as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee treasury and cash management activities to ensure liquidity.
• Manage daily and long-term cash flow planning.
• Monitor liquidity and advise on working capital and funding.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and treasury records.
• Lead internal controls and audits for finance and treasury.
• Provide strategic financial analysis for capital structure and budgeting.
• Lead Finance team and coordinate with stakeholders.
