Job summary

Revolut in Mexico City is seeking a Treasury Manager to oversee local treasury operations, including liquidity, market risk, and capital adequacy. You will partner with the local CFO and cross‑functional teams to ensure compliant, efficient treasury processes.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years building treasury controls, strong analytical skills, and a solid grasp of financial services. This is a hands-on role in a fast‑growing fintech with global reach and meaningful impact on our liquidity

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience building treasury processes and controls.

• Understanding of treasury management within financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, economics, or maths.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor liquidity to meet regulatory and internal requirements.
• Improve deployment of excess capital and liquidity to balance risk and return.
• Support local CFO in capital and liquidity discussions with stakeholders, regulators, and the Board.
• Work with Treasury to ensure operations and risk management align with group policies.
• Collaborate with Risk, Accounting, and Regulatory Reporting teams.
• Join the local assets and liabilities committee as a key member.

We're looking for a Treasury Manager to oversee local treasury operations in Mexico. You'll manage liquidity, market, wholesale credit, and capital adequacy risks.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining and monitoring enough liquidity to meet regulatory and internal requirements
• Improving the deployment of excess capital and liquidity to meet expected risk and return profiles
• Supporting the local CFO in capital and liquidity discussions with stakeholders, regulators, and the Board
• Working with Treasury to ensure operations and risk management are in compliance with group policies and achieve strategic consistency
• Collaborating across departments, including with Risk, Accounting, and Regulatory Reporting teams
• Joining the local assets and liabilities committee as a key member

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience building treasury processes and controls
• Solid analytical skills
• The ability to understand complex financial concepts and break them down into smaller parts
• An understanding of treasury management within financial services
• A bachelor’s degree in science, technology, economics, or maths

Nice to have

• Knowledge of regulations and regulatory metrics in Mexico, such as CCL, CFEN, ACLME, and ICAP
• A CFA certification
