Job summary

Metro Pacific Fresh Farms is seeking a Treasury Supervisor to oversee cash flow, banking transactions, and treasury reporting. The role focuses on managing daily funds, coordinating with banks, and ensuring timely loan processing.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in treasury/finance, a finance or accounting degree, and strong Excel and analytical skills. Banking compliance and funding strategy support are key aspects of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years’ experience in treasury or finance.
• Experience in bank loan processing and management (highly preferred).
• Strong knowledge in cash flow management and banking procedures.
• Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash flow and ensure funds for operations.
• Manage bank accounts and all related transactions.
• Process and monitor bank loans, including documentation and coordination with banks.
• Handle short-term and long-term loan management.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with banking requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain good relationships with partner banks.
• Assist in financial planning and funding strategies.
• Ensure accuracy of treasury records and reports.
